Wave Race

Wave Race is a fast-paced, side-scrolling arcade game where you fly through tunnels loaded with obstacles as an arrow like character. The character continues forward automatically so you can’t stop. One hit with a wall, spikes, gears or trap can kill the level instantaneously.

Wave Race: Take on the Challenge

Wave Race’s unique feature is its one-button control method. Hold down the control button and the character will fly up or follow the top of the tunnel. Let go of the button and the character goes down. The timing of hold and release creates a wave-like flight path so you always have to modify your altitude to locate safe space.

Later stages contain tighter spaces, smaller passages and more erratic obstacle layouts. There are also Endless and Race modes where you can fly as far as possible or race to finish before other characters.

How to play the Wave Race game?

Altitude Regulation

Hold the button to fly your character upwards, then release it to descend. Always change your height according to the space ahead.

Obstacle Avoidance

Watch out for spikes, walls, gears and traps that arise in your path and avoid them. React in time, your character is always on the go.

Level Completion

The farther you go the more critical the reaction quickness is. If you fail, note the location of the obstacle and try again with more accurate control.
