How to Play Stick Defender

Each round starts off with a small number of basic stick figure fighters and a limited area on the battlefield. First thing you want to do is take the money you have and buy more units. If you have two of the same troops, simply drag one on top of the other to merge them into one stronger warrior.

Combined units are better at dealing with difficult enemy waves and do more damage. Defeating enemies with your defensive forces will provide prizes that can be spent to enlarge your army or upgrade your defences.

The longer you survive, the more strategic your decisions must be. Your defence power rises instantly with every successful merge, so you can destroy enemies faster and earn more resources.

So many weaker units than the higher level defenders do so much more damage. Use this feature to combine matched units with available units to get the most out of your team.

Balance Attack and Defence

Many players overlook their wall, instead focusing on building stronger defenders. A sturdy wall gives you critical extra time when enemy waves are overpowering.

Maintain Skills for Emergencies

Cooldowns limit special abilities. Don’t use them right away.

Wait until:

• Large enemy groups show up.
• Boss enemies attack your defences.
• Your wall is getting severely damaged.

Strategic use of abilities can drastically turn around a tough battle.

Use Resources Wisely

If there’s a vital improvement within reach, don’t buy needless units. Sometimes one strong upgrade is better than a number of weaker defenders. By planning your purchases wisely, you can progress more strongly in the long run.
